SEVEN DEADLY SINS EVOLUTION WAS FILMED ENTIRELY ON LOCATION AT
THE PENVENTON PARK HOTEL, REDRUTH, CORNWALL, UK
Completed: 20 April 2022
SEVEN SINS IN SEVEN NIGHTS
SHOOT ONE - GEORGE AND ROXANE
It was a fantastic evening at the Penventon Park Hotel when the first scenes of Seven Deadly Sins Evolution were captured on film. New leading man George Champion lived up to his name and gave a brilliant first performance, as did new cast member 'English Rose' Roxane Cody. Both fitted in to the team like a dream, and there was a lot of fun and laughter throughout the whole shoot.
Six more dates are scheduled at the hotel, after which we should have all the visuals needed to put to awesome track The Wind by American musical genius Lloyd Bourne.

On set: Desperate Chef, George, Luke the Penventon barman, Debra and David discussing the bar scene.
The first night of shooting with new cast members George Champion and Roxane Cody went really well. Cameras and lighting were set up in the bar area, with George and Roxane going through their scenes together. There are never any rehearsals beforehand, so the talent of the night depends heavily on clear direction. Dean the Penventon Park Hotel barman was kind enough to supply a shot of Viniq - a grey/silver alcoholic drink that resembles a glittered lava lamp when shaken - for George to sip at. As a non drinker we had to watch out that he didn't partake of too much, out of fear that he might not be able to complete his task.
On set: Desperate Chef, George, David and Debra setting up in the ballroom.
SHOOT TWO - HOPE FOSTER AS GREED
Still from the film: Greed watches George's arrival from outside the Penventon Park Hotel.

Prior to Zoe (Lust)'s shoot Debra visited her home to pin her into the red dress. The dress was then stitched to the exact shape of Zoe's body.

For several reasons the first shoot of Seven Deadly Sins Evolution was consigned to the cutting room floor. The team commenced again, with a rewritten screenplay and several new cast members. Due to the loss of film time, pressure was on and Debra's original plan to capture the main bulk of her story at the Arsenic Labyrinth, Botallack Mines in the dead of night had to be shelved.
During the lost night, which had been specifically scheduled to capture the Super Blue Blood Moon, filmmaker Ellie Swann was present to make a short documentary of some of the process. Here is the footage.
